Consulting Case Study for True Life Youth Ministries

Paul wanted to develop a new framework for pushing the organization forward and  expanding services while honoring the longstanding practices of the program staff who had been there for years. He knew the staff were already preoccupied with the weekly shenanigans of elementary through high school students, so the new plan had to be user friendly. To help build smoother relationships between team members, Paul brought in a communication consultant to evaluate their internal communication methods.
